• Access – You must provide safe access to areas to be cleaned at the agreed-upon time.
• Payment – Payment terms are outlined in your specific quote or invoice.
• Satisfaction Guarantee – If unsatisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the area at no additional charge.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mena's Cleaning Services LLC shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
